If a drug company can help people lose hundreds of pounds, why wouldn’t they share their amazing stories? To be honest, I’m not sure. Even if they are successful (at this point, based on my experience), many people turn to the internet for answers instead of speaking with a doctor or even researching the topic more on their own.

The one thing they all had in common was that they were all very restrictive diets that only worked temporarily. They all worked until you stopped following them — then they didn’t work anymore.
